The meeting was initiated by the IFAS Executive committee with the assistance of the GIZ Programme “Transboundary water resources management in Central Asia”. The meeting brought together the representatives of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in the IFAS Executive Committee, the Interstate Commission for Sustainable Development (ICSD), the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination (ICWC), the working group experts on ASBP-4 and the improvement of the institutional and legal mechanisms for IFAS, as well as the representatives of the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) and the World Bank.
The main match of the final round was held in Dushanbe where Altyn Asyr from Ashgabat met Istiklol from Tajikistan. Our club was two points behind the competitor in tournament table, which gave the hosts considerable psychological advantage while Turkmen team needed only the victory to be qualified, for which they had to concentrate their will to take over the hosts.
100 hectares of land was given for long-term lease to the entrepreneurs where 10 hectares are occupied by production facilities while the rest of the territory are allocated for growing of forage crops. Monthly production of forage stocking workshops is 3,000 tons.
New livestock complex in Tejen etrap is designed for annual production of 3,000 tons of milk and 100 tons of meat
600 hectares of land was allocated for the construction of this facility in Seleňli administrative division where 9 hectares are for livestock farm and 591 hectares are for growing of forage crops. Clover, corn and barley have been planted on the vast territory.
Representatives of regional and local administrations, non-governmental organizations, elders and youth and local residents took part in the event.

Having expressed the gratitude for spared time for the meeting, the businessman warmly congratulated the Head of the State and in his person all Turkmen people with coming holiday – the Day of Turkmenistan Constitution and State Flag, and addressed his best wishes.
