President of Turkmenistan receives the head of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the head of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) Mr. Ma Xingrui.

Within the framework of the meeting held in a warm, friendly atmosphere the President of Turkmenistan and his guest discussed the existing potential of cooperation in a number of key spheres, first of all, in the space sphere.

In this regard particular attention was paid to establishment of close relations between the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and the National Space Agency under the President of Turkmenistan that is responsible for monitoring the near-earth orbit, adjusting the satellite communication, conducting researches related to the outer space as well as organization of control of the artificial Earth satellite of Turkmenistan.
