New insurance company will appear in market

The “Atiyachlandyrysh hyzmatlary” (“Insurance services”) Close Corporation will be created in Turkmenistan. The “Turkmengas” State Concern – with share of authorized capital 25%, “Turkmenhowayollary” State Civil Aviation Department - with share of authorized capital 15%, State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan - with share of authorized capital 10% will be its founders on share basis.

The state registration of the “Atiyachlandyrysh hyzmatlary” Close Corporation will be provided in accordance with the established procedure by the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan. As it is noted, the corporation will be founded with a view of successful realization of the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan on socio-economic development of the country in 2012-2016”, development of insurance market, and increase of investment market of the country, assurance of insurance security of the interests of state, legal and individual entities on the territory of Turkmenistan.
