Ashgabat hosted an urban festival as part of the Go Viral Project
On December 13, the co-working center “Iş Nokady” was transformed into a mini-venue that brought together the vibrant capitals of Central Asia. The Turkmenistan Urban Night Fest took place there as part of the Go Viral Central Asia project and was dedicated to urban development and the concept of sister cities.

«Ahal» won silver in the Turkmenistan football championship for the eighth time
The footballers of «Ahal» won silver medals in the Turkmenistan championship. The team of the Main directorate of «Turkmennebitonumleri» secured second place one round before the end of the national championship, winning the match of the 27th round against «Merv» - 2:0.

Enhancing media and legal literacy in Turkmenistan’s blogosphere
A training course on media and legal literacy, specifically designed for local bloggers and content creators, was held at the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat. New Year exhibition of folk and applied arts “The World of Dolls and Toys”
On the eve of the upcoming New Year 2026, an exhibition of exclusive works by Turkmen craftswomen of folk and applied arts was held at the “Berkarar” shopping and entertainment center. The theme of the exhibition was New Year dolls and toys. Craftswomen from all over the country took part in the exhibition. For example, Tazegul Udaeva brought a collection of national dolls from Balkanabat, while Marina Lopatina from Mary velayat presented a collection of miniature items.
