A collection of poems by Magtymguly Fragi in the Kyrgyz language has been published
On the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi, with the assistance of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic, the poet’s poems were translated into the Kyrgyz language and published under the title “Magtymguly: Favorites”. The collection includes 66 works by the poet. Thanks to the new publication, the Kyrgyz-speaking audience will be able to get acquainted with the work of Magtymguly in their native language, which will allow readers to better understand and appreciate the work of the outstanding poet of the 18th century.
