On October 9, 2012 in the national tourism zone "Avaza" will be an international music and song festival for children. It was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Khyakimlik Balkan velayat. Symbolically, the festival for the most talented young artists will be held in the days when "Avaza" are fed up competition for the award of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry» among workers of literature, culture and art, original young artists.

The festival will be organized in order to make widely known the world community to the achievements of Turkmenistan, the glorious past of the Turkmen people, its rich cultural heritage, traditions and customs, to identify talented young people, further strengthening the friendship and brotherhood of children around the world. The winners will be awarded with diplomas of I, II, III Degrees and cash prizes, respectively, in 3000, 2000, 1000 U.S. dollars.
