Final of the contest “Turkmen national dishes” held in the business-center “Mizan” turned into a real gastronomic festival. The winners of elimination contests, representing the enterprises of catering, restaurant and hotel networks from all provinces and capital, took part in the exhibition-contest organized in the capital.
Some cooks proved themselves as real sculptors, creating not eternal and very appetizing masterpieces. Particular attention was also paid to the ordinary national dishes such as dograma or chorba, gutap or somsa. “Fish” tables, where all dishes or their ingredients had marine origin, were also of great interest.
Participants of the contest received prizes and memorable gifts.
