A new Centre of Culture opened in the Pagtachy settlement in Beyik Turkmenbashi Etrap. Henceforth, all significant cultural events will take place in a wonderful concert hall designed for 200 spectators, which stage is supplied with the necessary equipment and advanced lighting system. The centre hosted its first festive concert yesterday.

All necessary conditions are created in the two-storey centre for dancers, singers, musicians. There is a dressing room, a library, a museum, art studios, sound-recording studios, etc. in the Centre of Culture. The territory adjacent to the building is improved and planted with greenery.

At present, construction of three more Centres of Culture is under completion in Ispas and Kabakly settlements in the city of Seydi and Hodjahayran settlement in Dovletli Etrap, Lebap Velayat.
