A new Centre of Culture is under construction in Baharly. The two-storey building will house an auditorium designed for 500 seats, a dance hall, rooms for practicing theatrical compositions and choreography. There will be a library, reading room, a photo studio, a recording studio, make-up and hairdressing rooms in the new cultural centre.

The centre is built by specialists of the Makul Individual Enterprise at the request of the Ahal Velayat Capital Construction Board.

The new Cenrte of Culture is built within the framework of the programme of the social and economic changes in the regions. Within the last three years dozens apartment houses, kindergartens, rural health centres, schools and sports centres as well as new buildings of the Archman and Yyly Suw Sanatoriums were built in Baharly Etrap, Ahal Velayat.
