Days of Culture of Ukraine in Turkmenistan completed with a joint gala-concert performed by Ukrainian and Turkmen artists at the palace of Mukams of the National Centre of Culture in Ashgabat.
Representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, local citizens, workers of culture and art, journalists and numerous fans of the culture of the fraternal Ukrainian people took part in the solemn ceremony of closing the Days of Culture of Ukraine in Turkmenistan.
The programme of the festive gala-concert included Turkmen and Ukrainian folk songs and melodies, dances and compositions. Within the framework of the ceremony, the spectators enjoyed the performances of the Kiev Academic Theatre of the Ukrainian folklore “Bereginya”, Turkmen bagshis, popular singers and musicians and dance groups.
