The solemn ceremony of closing of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkmenistan took place in the Turkmen capital. The final musical chord of the artistic festival of friendship was a gala-concert performed by our guests at the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan.

The cultural events taken place within the framework of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkmenistan familiarized the people of Ashgabat and guests to the Turkmen capital with a bright and diverse palette of art of the friendly people, its original customs and traditions as well as modern achievements of Tajikistan in the sphere of culture.

In the afternoon, the artistic delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan left the Turkmen capital for Lebap region to take part in the festivities on occasion of laying the foundation of the Atamyrat-Ymamnazar-Akina section of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Tajikistan railway as well as festivities in the Garlyk settlement.
