New modern Cultural center opened wide its doors in Kabakly village of Seydi in Lebap province.
New building has a hall for 200 seats with well-equipped stage, dressing room, rehearsal rooms for musicians, singers and dancers. The museum of village, library with reading hall, audio recording studio, artistic studio and office accommodations were placed in the cultural center. The adjoining territory of the complex was accomplished and planted with trees and bushes.
New cultural center will also become the place for holding of cultural events – concerts, solemnities, demonstration of movies and others. Today, on the opening day, the first festive concert of masters of culture was held there.
