The solemn ceremony of closing the Days of Culture of the Republic of India in Turkmenistan took place in the Turkmen capital. The final musical chord of the festival of friendship and creativity was a concert performed by Indian and Turkmen artists in the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan.

The programme of the gala concert included the national songs and melodies, bright choreographic and folklore performances and modern musical compositions.

The concert finished with an ancient Turkmen dance – kushtdepdi performed by Turkmen and Indian artists. It should be noted that such cultural events allow peoples learn more and understand each other better, reveal an amazing world of arts presenting inexhaustible opportunities for becoming closer to each other.
