A commissioning ceremony of new House of culture for 500 places was held in the Shukur bagshy settlement of Kaha etrap of Akhal province.
This multifunctional two- storeyed building with concert hall for 500 places holds a library with reading hall, audio recording studio, room for theatre art classes, choreography, painting, drawing. In these groups the youth are able to practice music, choral singing and learn to play on national instruments. And also there is a lecture hall and game room for younger children in it. In the building there is a museum of ethnography devoted to the history of the settlement where it is displayed the first exhibits.
