In May of this year, the construction of complex of cultural monuments and museum of Magtymguly Phragi starts in Magtymguly etrap. Contract for designing and construction with accomplishment of adjoining territory will be concluded between Balkan vilayet municipality and “Hilal Mermer” private enterprise. It is planned to put these facilities into exploitation in October 2015.

As it is noted, new museum and complex is erected with a view of scientific study of literary heritage of great thinker and poet of Turkmen people and the East Magtymguly Phragi, whose productions are the part of gold fund of world literature, his high-society views, huge influence on life of the Turkmen in XVIII-XIX centuries, opening of inseparable connection of his creativity with scientific-cultural life of the Turkmen people and whole East, attraction of the attention of international scientific-literary community to his poetic world.
