Presentation of new book of President of Turkmenistan, academician of Academy of Sciences of the country, Doctor of Economics, Professor Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Culture – priceless treasure of people” was held at the State Music and Drama Theatre named after Nurmuhammet Andalib in Dashoguz province.

Solemn action was held with participation of the heads and representatives of the Institutes of humanitarian trend of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, higher educational establishments of the country, mass media, creative intelligentsia, wide community of the province, student youth as well as foreign participants of Week of Culture and International Exhibition of Arts.


New book published in the Turkmen, English and Russian languages is the original collection of statements of the head of state about national culture. It also included the citations from speeches, interviews, addresses of the nation leader on the occasion of the Days of workers of culture and art, other significant events in this sphere.

On the basis of factual materials, the readers are able to imagine the picture, grandiose reformations, taking place in the field of national culture. Participants of the presentation underlined the currency and huge practical value of the collection. It was noted that new edition is of great interest for specialists, youth, and wide readership.

The book “Culture – priceless treasure of people” was published by the Turkmen Publishing Service at the high polygraphic level.
