In Rukhabat etrap of the capital, it was solemn opening of the Cultural center erected by the specialists of local individual enterprise to the order of the city capital construction management.

New creative center was constructed in original architectural style, combining modern design and elements of traditional national décor. Two-storey building has all conditions for versatile leisure-time of population in free time from work and studies, all-round development of creative skills of the youth. There is a concert hall intended for 200 seats, where the cultural events in the life of etrap will be held. Stage fitted with high-technology equipment and newest lightening system allows holding the events at the high level.

In new creative center, there are rooms for rehearsals of dancers, singers, musicians, dressing room, art studios, recording studios and others. A net of circles and specialized trainings courses will function here. It was envisaged modern computer center, library, comfortable reading hall, classes on choreography, drawing and theatrical mastery, training in playing the national musical instruments, sewing. There is also spacious canteen in the building.

Adjoining territory of the facility, where original benches, lamps, summerhouses for recreation were set, was accomplished and planted with trees and bushes. It was planted young seedlings of leaf-bearing and coniferous trees, as well as laid the flowerbeds.
