XVI International Circus Festival, which was held in the Italian city – Latina from October 16 to 20, has completed with the triumphal victory of the Turkmen skillful horsemen of the group of national equestrian games “Galkynysh” of Akhalteke Horse Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. Having performed successfully, the Turkmen riders were recognized as international celebrities. During the final gala concert, they were awarded under storm of applauses of viewers with main prize of the contest – the Gold Cup “Latina-2014” as well as prizes of the festival “Di Albacete”, “Consegina il Premo”, “Comune Di Latina” and diploma of Akhalteke Association of Italy.

International Circus Festival in Latina “City of Latina” is held annually. In this year, the artists of various genres from 20 countries took part in it.

Performing on graceful Akhalteke racers, the group “Galkynysh” demonstrated the highest level of trick riding. Without any safety equipment, jumping up on back of rushing horse and making complicated acrobatic tricks, handsprings under its body and jumping again on saddle, making many-tier pyramids, our riders were welcomed with storm of applauses. As a result, winning the professionals and the Italian audience, the Turkmen riders were recognized the best in all nominations, having been honored with special gratitude of members of judicial assembly.
