The representatives of seven higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan participate in the final of the International Financial Security Competition, organized for the first time under the aegis of the Ministry of Science and Higher education of Russian Federation.

The second (final) phase of the International competition is held on 3-9 October of the year in the Russian city Sochi on the basis of the “Sirius” Educational Centre. Among the participants are the students of CIS countries (Russia, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan). The representatives of the Turkmen higher educational institutions will take part in the competition in the remote mode.

The first (qualification) phase of the International competition was held in the second third of May this year and brought together dozens of thousands of participants. Having showed a high level of qualification on different disciplines, the best of the best got “pass” to the final phase of the event.

Thus, the students of the International Turkmen University of Humanities and Development, Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, Institute of International Relations under the MFA of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A.Niyazov, Turkmen State Agricultural Institute (Dashoguz city), Turkmen State Power Engineering Institute (Mary city) got to the final of the International competition.

The complicated competition tasks were formed on such areas as economics, finances and credit, economic security, legal studies; cyber security; international relations.

Consequently, the organizers designated following goals of such disciplinary trend of competition: development of the informational, financial and legal literacy of the participants, promotion to their career guidance, development of scientific knowledge in the field of financial security.
