Caring for youth is a priority task of the state

An educational meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan among invited guests and students of the university.

The meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ashgabat City Council of the Youth Organization named after. Makhtumkuli and the capital's Student Polyclinic. The audience of listeners was the student youth of the Higher School of Diplomacy.

As noted, this educational action is aimed at strengthening educational work, preventing criminal acts and offenses, increasing legal knowledge among young people, as well as awareness of the harmful effects of bad habits on human health and their consequences. The meeting is also aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, exemplary primordial national traditions. According to the objectives of the meeting, the participants discussed the relevant topics in detail.

In addition, during the event, the topic of high importance and understanding of the need to hold the current month of road safety, which is held annually in Turkmenistan in the first month of autumn, was discussed. The emphasis was placed on the slogan of the month itself - "Road safety - the peace of our lives" and the main tasks arising from it and aimed at reducing traffic accidents, drawing attention to the safety of all road users.

It was especially emphasized that concern for the younger generation, its harmonious development and health, proper education, professional orientation of young people and the creation of the necessary conditions for mastering future professions, doing science and creativity, physical culture and sports is a priority direction of the state policy of Turkmenistan.

At the end of the meeting, the speakers focused the attention of the student audience on the fact that an active and responsible, healthy lifestyle of young people, their deep interest in contributing to the further harmonious development of the Motherland and raising its international prestige is the most worthy response to the state's concern for young citizens.
