In order to further strengthen trade and economic relations of Turkmenistan with neighboring countries in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed on the 5^th of October in 2021 on the establishment and regulation of the activities of the Turkmen-Uzbek border trade zone - the Trade Centre, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations to conclude with the repair and construction unit of the subordinated Central Department of consumer associations companies a contract for the design and construction of a shopping center in the Turkmen-Uzbek border zone of the Dashoguz velayat with the improvement of the adjacent territory, with the condition of laying external supply engineering communication systems, electricity and water supply.
