This year, specialists from the Construction and Installation Department of the “Türkmengazüpjünçilik” Association have built more than sixty kilometers of new gas pipelines in Dashoguz velayat as part of the national transformation program. Among these are new low-pressure gas pipelines with a total length of about half a kilometer in the village of “Ak öý” of the “Magtymguly” Gengeshlik in Gorogly etrap; a medium-pressure pipeline 900 meters long in the “Täze oba” residential area of the city of Gubadag; a 600-meter section along G. Saryýew Street in the administrative center of the S. Turkmenbashy etrap; and a one-kilometer pipeline in the village of “Oguzhan” of the “Ruhnama” Gengeshlik in Ruhubelent etrap.
All of these are intended for the gasification of newly developed rural areas and are capable of ensuring an uninterrupted supply of gas to local consumers. Thus, the enterprise’s specialists have successfully fulfilled the annual target set within the framework of the national transformation program.
Dashoguz velayat, which has an extensive network of gas communications, is consistently expanding it through the construction of new facilities designed to deliver an environmentally friendly type of fuel to new industrial sites and developing urban and rural areas.
In addition, as needed, maintenance work is carried out annually in the region to keep specialized equipment in proper condition and to ensure the efficient and safe operation of existing infrastructure. The availability of a sufficient fleet of specialized machinery and the high qualification of the workforce make it possible to perform the full range of technical maintenance work on various gas pipelines and other communications running through the velayat.
