These days, two major international events are taking place in Ashgabat: the XVIII International exhibition and scientific conference «Türkmentel-2025» and the International conference and exhibition «International transport corridors: interconnection and development - 2025» (ITTC-2025).

Among the exhibitors, presenting cutting-edge transportation solutions is «Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd» The Chinese brand Yutong is the largest manufacturer of buses, electric buses, and trolleybuses in the world. The products of the company are in high demand globally and are represented in more than 120 countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, and Saudi Arabia.

Buses of this brand have been actively used in Turkmenistan since 2012. Cooperation covers the supply of various models. City, intercity, and tourist buses, including models equipped with environmentally friendly technologies, are supplied to our country.

In 2016, a grant was provided for the delivery of school buses for the safe transportation of children, which were distributed among the regions. Later, in 2017, a significant batch of large and small buses was donated to serve the V Asian indoor and martial arts games. Since 2023, Yutong electric buses have been operating in the «smart» city of Arkadag, reflecting commitment of the city to environmental friendliness and modern transportation solutions.

In 2025, 700 units of city buses hit the routes in Ashgabat.
