Workers across all sectors of the economy of independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan strive to greet the 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s neutrality with worthy labor achievements. Among them are the employees of enterprises belonging to the oil and gas sector.

Extensive work is being carried out in this field on exploration, industrial development, increasing the volumes of extraction and processing of raw materials, and delivering hydrocarbon resources, one of the main riches of our country.

One of the enterprises making a significant contribution to the further development of the oil and gas sector is the Seydi Oil Refinery, located in Lebap velayat. Here, goods in high demand, including on global markets, are produced from hydrocarbon raw materials.

The implementation of numerous important projects at this major enterprise over the past years, along with its thorough modernization through substantial capital investments, has led to a significant increase in the volume and quality of production. A vivid testament to this is the variety of products manufactured here and the high results being achieved.

Thus, the enterprise processed 448 thousand tons of oil in the 10 months of 2025, the International Year of Peace and Trust, with a growth rate of 19.1 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. It should be particularly noted that 214 thousand tons of the products manufactured were gasoline of various grades, which was delivered to consumers. The growth rate of this product’s output, amounting to 10.9 percent compared to the same period last year, is a clear example of continuous production improvements.

This enterprise, which plays an important role in the consistent development of the country’s economy, produced 103.7 thousand tons of diesel fuel and more than 20.4 thousand tons of road bitumen over the first 10 months of the current year. The growth rates of this production compared to the first 10 months of last year amounted to 6.8 and 22.9 percent respectively.

The achievement of such high results is the consequence both of equipping the enterprise with modern equipment and of creating favorable conditions for productive work and rest for its employees.
