The discussions focused on expanding cooperation in industrial construction, engineering solutions, modern materials, advanced technologies, and large-scale infrastructure projects in Turkmenistan.

Visits to National Pavilions: Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and China

As part of the working programme, the Turkmen delegation visited several major national pavilions, gaining firsthand insights into global construction innovations and meeting leaders from key international markets:

Saudi Arabia Pavilion

The delegation explored advanced solutions presented by leading Saudi construction and industrial companies, including technologies for megaproject delivery, sustainable building materials, large-scale urban development, and digital infrastructure.

Türkiye Pavilion

Turkmen representatives met with Turkish contractors and engineering firms showcasing modular systems, prefabricated structures, high-tech construction equipment, and integrated project-delivery models widely used in Türkiye's major municipal and industrial developments.

China Pavilion

At the China Pavilion, the delegation reviewed cutting-edge engineering technologies, energy-efficient construction products, smart-city applications, and large-infrastructure capabilities offered by China’s leading state-owned and private-sector companies.

These pavilion visits opened new channels for strengthening bilateral partnerships and expanding cooperation across construction, industrial manufacturing, and technological innovation.

Throughout the day, the Turkmen delegation also engaged with:

global EPC contractors,

modular construction specialists,

smart-city and digital-engineering platform developers,

Discussions focused on opportunities for cooperation in Turkmenistan's major national projects and future phases of industrial, housing, and infrastructure development.

Showcasing Turkmenistan’s Strategic Vision

During all official interactions, the delegation highlighted Turkmenistan’s national priorities:

modernization of the construction and industrial sectors;

adoption of advanced technologies and sustainable practices;

digital transformation and smart-city implementation;

development of high-quality urban, industrial, and transport infrastructure;

expanding investment and international project partnerships.

Strengthening Global Partnerships

Participation in Big 5 Global 2025 demonstrates Turkmenistan’s commitment to international engagement and the adoption of global best practices. Through high-level government meetings, pavilion visits, and industry consultations, Turkmenistan continues to reinforce its position as a dynamic and forward-looking partner in the global construction and infrastructure landscape.

The delegation also noted the exceptionally positive feedback received from international partners regarding the international conference and expo “The Development of Construction, Industrial, Chemical and Energy Sectors of Turkmenistan “CIET 2025 held in Avaza earlier this month. Many Big 5 Global participants highlighted the high quality of organisation, strong ministerial involvement, and the expanding opportunities presented by Turkmenistan’s construction and industrial sectors. All partners were formally invited to CIET 2026, which will take place in November 2026, continuing the country’s commitment to strengthening global cooperation and showcasing new investment and technology opportunities.
