The «Serdar» cotton spinning mill of the Ministry of textile industry of Turkmenistan, located in Dashoguz, is one of the largest producers of Nm 20/1 yarn, which is in demand in the region and on the global market. By the end of this year, they plan to produce at least one thousand seven hundred and sixty-three tons of this product, used for the manufacture of fabrics for clothing, bed linen, other textile goods, as well as for the creation of knitted fabrics.

The company boasts high-performance equipment from world-renowned brands, including Swiss textile machinery manufacturer «Rieter» and German textile machinery manufacturer «Trützschler», both of which are global leaders in this field. This, along with its qualified personnel, enables the company to manufacture high-quality products, some of which are exported internationally. To further improve the quality and volume of its output, it plans to modernise its production process.

It is worth noting that other modern, high-tech facilities successfully operate in the Dashoguz velayat, processing locally grown raw cotton into high-quality, environmentally friendly finished products. One such facility, for example, produces «Ring» brand cotton yarn, which is highly sought after on the global textile market.

It is expected that in the coming years the number of such factories will be replenished with another high-tech enterprise.
