The celebrations and inspiring events marking the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, widely celebrated in the Balkan region, are filled with boundless joy, inspiration, and special significance.
Today, the celebration, organised by the Balkan velayat administration in conjunction with cultural department of the velayat and public organisations, took on a particularly large scale. It took place in the «Türkmeniň ak öýi» building in Balkanabat. The speakers congratulated the participants on the anniversary of permanent neutrality of the country. Then modern songs and melodies sounded majestically performed by masters of culture and art of the velayat.
Literary and musical performances prepared by renowned bagshies, outstanding singers, artistic enthusiasts, student youth, and joint creative groups that arrived from all corners of the Balkan velayat were also particularly impressive and exciting. Performances by folk and dance groups, whose origins lie in our sacred traditions, vividly demonstrated the bright image of our happy era in the glorious history of the Turkmen Fatherland.
Another festive event, which was attended by representatives of public organisations, employees of the fields of education, culture, institutions and enterprises, entitled «Bitaraplyk şöhratymyz-şanymyz» («Neutrality is our glory») was organised by the Balkan specialised school of arts. The performance of songs and dances of Tajik, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Arabic, Romanian, Italian, and other friendly nations by the students of the school of arts further enhanced the impression and joy of the celebration.
Festive events organised in honour of the glorious anniversary of our permanent neutrality and International neutrality day continue today in all etraps and cities of the velayat.
