The 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality is a significant date in the history of independent Turkmenistan, which confidently advances along the path of peace and creation under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This legal status, three times reaffirmed by relevant UN General Assembly resolutions, not only meets the national interests of our country but has also proven itself to be an effective tool for peacekeeping and strengthening security and stability at the regional and global levels.
The year 2025, declared the International year of peace and trust and marking the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, will be another bright chapter in its glorious history. To commemorate these significant milestones, various events are being held throughout the year.
On the 5th of December, on the eve of International Neutrality Day, the Centre for Public Organisations of Turkmenistan hosted an awards ceremony for the winners of the «Jan Watanym Türkmenistan» creative competition, jointly announced by the editorial board of the «Adalat» newspaper and the Central Council of the Youth Organisation of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. The competition was organised to widely promote the achievements of our beloved Motherland in the era of the Revival, of the new epoch of the Powerful state, to identify the abilities and talents of young professionals and students, to enhance their creative potential, and to inspire new endeavors and successes.
From among the numerous participants in the competition, the jury selected 20 winners, who were awarded Certificates of Honour and commemorative gifts.
Thanks to the care of Hero-Arkadag and the efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, our country has created every opportunity for young people to contribute to the development of the Fatherland and improve their abilities through their creativity and hard work.
Taking advantage of these opportunities, we – the Turkmen youth – will learn, create, and work to achieve our lofty goals and make a worthy contribution to the comprehensive development and prosperity of our country.
