Independent Turkmenistan solemnly celebrates the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality with grandiose achievements at the international level. The policy of neutrality of our sovereign Fatherland promotes the development of friendly and fraternal relations with all states of the planet, ensuring a peaceful, happy and prosperous life for the people. Based on its status of neutrality, Turkmenistan consistently expands mutually beneficial cooperation with countries around the world and major international organisations, and also implements joint projects in various fields.
International partnerships provide significant impetus to the development of economic sectors, science, education, and healthcare, the mutual enrichment of national cultures, and the attraction of foreign investment to the country. The authority of our sovereign state, pursuing a policy of positive neutrality, is also increasing on the world stage. Citizens of foreign countries also make a huge contribution to the grand achievements of our independent Fatherland, the strengthening of international peace and trust, the development of our economic sectors, and the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Considering the significant contribution to strengthening independence and permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, building partnerships in the healthcare sector, maintaining and promoting the policy of international peace and trust on the global stage, and on the occasion of the glorious 30th anniversary of acquisition of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, I decree:
