One of the industrial complexes marking the glorious 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality—widely celebrated during the International Year of Peace and Trust as well as on the International Neutrality Day—with outstanding labor achievements is the State Concern Türkmennebit. As the country’s largest production and economic sector, the Concern is successfully carrying out large-scale work on the exploration, discovery, and industrial development of oil and gas fields.
The production units of the State Concern in the Balkan velayat make a significant contribution to the consistent implementation of the objectives set forth in the Program for the Development of Turkmenistan’s Oil and Gas Industry through 2030. According to specialists, among the leading enterprises are the workforce teams of the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust of the Concern. Recently, as a gift to the glorious 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s permanent neutrality, they successfully completed drilling operations and commissioned three wells at the Uzynada field, located in the coastal zone of the Caspian Sea.
It is particularly gratifying that production wells No. 72 and No. 86 of the Goturdepe Drilling Operations Department of the Trust produce 44 and 43 tons of gas condensate per day, respectively. Production well No. 87, with a design depth of 6,800 meters, drilled by the drillers of the Ekrem Drilling Operations Department at the Uzynada field, yields more than 45 tons of gas condensate per day. After the completion of technical and commissioning works, the productive wells were handed over for operation to the oil workers of the Gumdagnebit Oil and Gas Production Department of the Nebitgazçykaryş Trust of the Concern.
It is noted that drilling operations employed ZJ70DB drilling rigs acquired from the People’s Republic of China by order of the President of Turkmenistan. This has significantly contributed to an increase in the volume of valuable raw materials produced by the industrial enterprise. The current pace of work further strengthens confidence in achieving high targets.
