Representatives of the Dovletmammet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages – Korean language instructor A. Seyitberdiyev and students majoring in Teacher Education (Korean language, Turkmen language and literature) – are participating in a short-term educational program on Korean language and culture called «Feel Korea! with KNU».
The program is being conducted by Kangwon National University in Seoul and Chuncheon, Republic of Korea, from January 19 to February 2.
During the internship, participants attend practical Korean language classes aimed at improving and developing their written and everyday communication skills.
As part of the cultural program, the students visited the national museums of Chuncheon and Seoul, where they learned about the historical and cultural heritage of the cities, as well as natural attractions.
The educational program is of particular importance for the accelerated and effective study of the Korean language, ensuring the development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in students in a natural language environment.
Direct exposure to the national traditions, cultural values, and everyday life of the Korean people also significantly contributes to the enhancement of language skills. This also broadens students' horizons, increases their interest in international cooperation, and contributes to the professional development of future linguists.
The study tour for representatives of the Turkmen university was organized within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Science and Education between the Dovletmammet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and Gangwon National University.
