At an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers chaired by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on February 13, the results of 2025 were summarized and a large-scale development plan for 2026 was approved, to be carried out under a symbolic motto.

The current year, marked by the 35th anniversary of the Fatherland’s independence, has been declared the year of “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.” This title reflects the dynamic development of the state and its commitment to national traditions.

A number of significant international events are planned for this year. To ensure their preparation at a high level, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on the establishment of a State Organizing Committee.

“The Program adopted for the current year includes a very large scope of work. Our main goal is the continued prosperity of our beloved Fatherland. I am confident that through united and selfless work, together with the people, all the planned milestones and objectives for 2026 will be achieved,” stated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
