On February 17, 2026, an event was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania to celebrate the motto of 2026 – “Independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan – homeland of purposeful heavenly horses”, as well as Turkmenistan's Diplomatic Workers' Day.
