The Turkmen agricultural institute is accepting applications for participation in the IV genetics Olympiad

The Turkmen agricultural institute is recruiting participants for the IV internet Olympiad in genetics among students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan.

The Olympiad, organised by the Department of horticulture and vegetable growing of the institute, will take place on the 7th of April at 14:00 on digital educational portal of the university.

Students from all higher education institutions in the country, studying in various specialties and areas of training, are invited to participate in the competition. No more than five students from each university can participate in the Olympiad.

The competition will be held in the form of an individual competition. 50 test questions have been prepared for participants. The test takes 90 minutes to complete.

The students who score the highest number of points based on the results of the competition will be declared the winners of the competition. The competition results will be summed up in individual and team standings. Participants who take I, II and III places in the Olympiad will be awarded diplomas of the corresponding degrees.

The annual Olympiad is held to identify and reward talented students, deepen their knowledge of academic disciplines, prepare them for national and international competitions, stimulate creative and scientific activity, and develop independent work skills of the students, as well as expand cooperation between universities in the fields of science and education.
