Promising developments of the International scientific and technological park of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan

The International science and technology park of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan has officially secured rights to a series of unique developments designed to drive a new «green» economy and high technology.

Close cooperation with the public sector has become a key focus of work of the Technopark. Today, the organisation serves as a key partner for ministries and departments of the country, providing support for scientific research. This collaboration enables the rapid implementation of advanced solutions directly into production and the social sphere.

The current portfolio of patented solutions includes several breakthrough areas:

Nanoemulsion composition based on essential oil of Kopetdag wormwood. The development opens up new possibilities for the use of local plant materials in medicine and pharmacology.

Organomineral sulphur-polymer concrete composite based on industrial waste. The technology solves two problems simultaneously: reliable protection of engineering structures from moisture and efficient recycling of secondary resources.

Organomineral fertiliser from brown coal. This strategic development for the agro-industrial complex, based on local raw materials, effectively restores soil fertility, ensuring environmental safety and import substitution in the agrochemical sector.

In the process of waiting for patents:

Lactose gel for complex correction of age-related skin changes. This is the result of in-depth research in the field of biotechnology, aimed at developing the domestic beauty and health industry.

Bionanocomposite material based on cyanobacteria. A unique project at the intersection of biology and materials science. The use of photosynthetic microorganisms allows us to create materials with programmable properties, which meets current trends in the development of global science.

Obtaining state patents and certificates confirms that Turkmen science is creating ready-made tools for the comprehensive modernisation of national industry. Thanks to synergy with government agencies, the developments of the International science and technology park of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan are becoming a real contribution to innovative future of the country.
