Yhlas Komekov and Soltanmyrat Tairov, students of the International University of humanities and development, are completing an internship at the Italian University of Gabriele d'Annunzio in the cities of Chieti and Pescara (Università degli Studi «G. d'Annunzio» Chieti - Pescara).

The training is designed for five months and is organised within the framework of Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

The study visit is the first student exchange experience between Turkmen and Italian universities, and is of particular importance in the development of educational and cultural relations between the two universities and countries.

Currently, at the Gabriele d'Annunzio University, one of the most prestigious higher education institutions of Italy, our students are improving their knowledge and training in their fields.

In particular, the program provides students with extensive opportunities to deepen their knowledge and gain practical experience in the field of international politics and diplomacy, and develop their foreign language skills. Participants gain a thorough understanding of European educational standards and establish cultural and academic connections with their peers from around the world, which significantly contributes to the development of intercultural communication, humanitarian dialogue, and the strengthening of mutual understanding and friendship between peoples.

The participation of Turkmen students in this international project is a clear indication of the enormous attention our country places on the education and comprehensive development of young people, the training of highly qualified specialists, and the creation of the necessary conditions for fruitful and successful study, scientific research, and the enrichment of experience and knowledge at the leading educational institutions of the world.
