The bilateral agreement was concluded with the aim of deepening cooperation in the scientific field, introducing innovative achievements into the educational process, and developing cultural ties.

As part of the agreement, the parties agreed to exchange educational and methodological documentation to ensure the quality of educational programs, as well as to implement academic mobility aimed at improving the qualifications of students, teachers, and researchers.

The document provides for the conduct of fundamental and applied scientific research, the implementation of joint innovation projects, as well as participation in international scientific conferences, symposiums and exhibitions.

The parties also reached agreements on organising the exchange of scientific publications and teaching aids reflecting the achievements of the two higher education institutions, as well as on the joint development of distance learning programs.
