On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Emphasising interest of Turkmenistan in expanding bilateral ties, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that, through joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.
