The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Turkmenistan – People’s Republic of China: 20 Years of Strategic Cooperation in the Gas Sector” was held today in Ashgabat, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
On the sidelines of the forum, a thematic exhibition was organized, showcasing the latest achievements and technological solutions in the industrial sectors of Turkmenistan and China.
During his visit to the exhibition, the distinguished guest— Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and First Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC—showed particular interest in the stand of the national technology company “Aýdyň Gijeler.”
“Aýdyň Gijeler” actively cooperates with major Chinese technology companies involved in the production of electronic equipment. Among them is “Inspur Group Co., Ltd.,” one of China’s largest state-backed companies operating in the field of information technology.
The presentation by Ruslan Tashov, the company’s manager for foreign economic relations, on the prospects of cooperation with “Inspur Group” drew considerable interest from the Vice Premier of the State Council of the PRC. As Tashov noted, a joint robot development project is currently underway with “Inspur Software.” At present, the parties are working on the robot’s software. A prototype of the robot has already been created and was demonstrated to the distinguished guest.
In the near future, artificial intelligence (AI) with a Turkmen-language base will be integrated into the model. As a result, this “smart” product will soon be able to communicate, think, and respond to user requests in the Turkmen language.
In Turkmenistan, this development is considered a pioneer in the implementation of AI, and engineers at “Aýdyň Gijeler” are confident that it will mark the beginning of a new era in domestic robotics. The platform created for this robot will serve as the foundation for other innovative projects.
Mr. Ding Xuexiang gave high praise to Turkmen advancements in robotics and the development of an AI base in the Turkmen language.
The distinguished guest placed particular emphasis on the professionalism, scientific training, and deep knowledge of Turkmen developers. He highlighted the correctness of their chosen direction and noted that he felt genuine satisfaction at the technological breakthrough achieved in friendly Turkmenistan. Mr. Ding Xuexiang also wished “Aýdyň Gijeler” further productive cooperation with Chinese technology companies.
The economic society “Aýdyň Gijeler” was founded in 2016 in accordance with a decree of the President of Turkmenistan. Established with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, the enterprise has become a flagship of high-tech manufacturing in the country.
