A practical business lesson for young people: the basics of partnership

An open lesson for young entrepreneurs and students titled «The Skeleton of business: roles and shares» was held at the Turkmen agricultural university named after S.A. Nyyazov in Ashgabat. Based on his personal experience, Kadyrberdi Nurberdiyev emphasised that when creating a business, it is not only the idea that is crucial, but also the right structure.

During the event, participants were provided with important information about the internal architecture of the business, the effective distribution of roles, and how specific delegation of authority affects the development of the company. It was noted that the foundation of every successful company is based on clearly defined roles, understandable responsibilities, and a balanced share structure.

In his speech, Kadyrberdi Nurberdiyev emphasised that the lack of discipline and management systems in business often leads to failure. He also used specific examples to explain that, with the right structure, any idea can be transformed into a sustainable and manageable system.

The participants were able to ask questions of interest and receive practical advice. In this way, the event was not limited to theory, but had important practical significance.

The open lesson was jointly organised by the Ministry of education of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen agricultural university named after S.A. Nyyazov, the «Young entrepreneurs» centre under the Ashgabat city committee of the Party of industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, and the information, advisory, and volunteer Centre of the Youth organisation of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.

This business lesson was an important step in developing entrepreneurial culture among young people and teaching them the basics of building a successful business. Regularly holding such events will have a positive impact on increasing the number of successful entrepreneurs in the future.
