In honor of the Day of the State Flag and the Constitution of Turkmenistan, a thematic exhibition of works by local artists has been organized at the Dashoguz Velayat Museum of History and Local Lore.
The exhibition, titled “Mukaddes Baýdagymyz we esasy Kanunymyz – döwletimiziň sarsmaz sütünidir,” is dedicated to the country’s main symbols — the Constitution and the State Flag — and evokes strong patriotic feelings among visitors. The exhibition features paintings in various genres reflecting the nation’s heritage, capturing the remarkable beauty of the native land, monumental architectural structures, and historical landmarks. All of the works glorifying the state symbols of the country are imbued with love for the Motherland. They provide a broad representation of the country’s large-scale achievements and the successful implementation of socio-economic reforms.
A large number of paintings at the exhibition were created by artist B. Shamyradov from the Shavat etrap, who works in the field of education. His skillfully executed landscapes, still lifes, and portraits in national motifs, together with his carefully selected warm color palette, masterfully convey the uniqueness and richness of Turkmenistan’s nature, culture, and history.
The sculptural section of the exhibition is represented by works of Baygeldi Annamedov, a member of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan. His remarkably realistic sculptures subtly convey the beauty, grace, and swiftness of Akhal-Teke horses.
All of the exhibition’s exhibits vividly reflect the creative endeavors of our people, as well as the rapid progress and prosperity of the Motherland.
