In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, positive changes are being implemented in all sectors of the national economy. This is also evidenced by the comprehensive work being carried out at a rapid pace in accordance with the «Program for the Development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030».
In this context, it is gratifying to note that the Turkmenbashy complex of oil refineries of the State concern «Türkmennebit», located in the Balkan velayat, produces a wide range of environmentally friendly, competitive products. The growth in the scale of hydrocarbon processing was facilitated by the systematic improvement of material and technical base of the complex, the commissioning of powerful gas turbine power plants, and the radical modernisation of existing facilities.
Moreover, at this oldest industrial enterprise within the structure of the State concern «Türkmennebit», production plans are successfully fulfilled thanks to the use of modern technologies, innovative methods and the capabilities of the digital system. All this contributes to the achievement of high levels by Turkmenbashy oil refineries in increasing the volume of petroleum products obtained as a result of industrial processing of «black gold».
Over the past period of the year, «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – homeland of purposeful winged horses» complex successfully fulfilled its oil refining plan by 104.9 percent. The fulfilment of plans for the production of gasoline and diesel fuel amounted to 113.7 and 108.7 percent, respectively. In addition, the plan for the production of lubricating oils was fulfilled by 110.3 percent, and for the production of liquefied gas – by 122.1 percent. It is worth noting the good performance in the production of natural and associated gas: the corresponding plan was fulfilled by 106.7 percent.
Short- and long-term projects at the Turkmenbashy complex of oil refineries, the flagship of the national industry, also ensure the reliable development of powerful production structures. Demand for highly marketable, competitive products that meet international quality standards is growing in both domestic and foreign markets.
These days, oil refiners are working even more productively, striving to achieve high production figures in the year of «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – homeland of purposeful winged horses», marked by the glorious 35th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Fatherland.
