President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers using the digital system, where key issues of state policy were discussed.

During the meeting, deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Agajanov reported on the implementation of measures aimed at systematically improving the social and living conditions of workers in the domestic fuel and energy sector.

The deputy-prime presented a detailed plan for new housing construction in the regions of the country.

In the city of Mary, as part of the first phase of construction of a large residential complex designed for a total of 720 families, it is planned to construct eight 4-story buildings with 256 apartments (four buildings with 40 apartments and four buildings with 24 apartments).

In the city of Balkanabat, the construction of ten 4-story, 24-apartment residential buildings designed for 240 families is planned, and in the city of Turkmenbashi, the construction of a modern 12-story building with 72 apartments is planned.

On behalf of the specialists and workers of the oil and gas sector, the deputy-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers expressed deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for their constant attention to social issues and the creation of comfortable living and working conditions for citizens.

Summarising the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised the importance of continuing systematic work to provide oil and gas workers with modern and comfortable housing, after which he approved the proposals presented and gave the deputy-prime a number of specific instructions.
