Farmers of Dashoguz province got involved in cotton harvesting campaign expanded in Turkmenistan.
Cotton field of the northern region of the country occupies 140 thousand hectares, wherefrom the cotton-growers plan to yield 234 thousand tons of “white gold”. Farmers of the province show preference to middle-stapled cotton sort such as “149F”, “S-4727”, “Dashoguz-120” and “Serdar”, which established good reputation in soil-climatic conditions of the region.
“John Deer” and “Case” combines function in harvesting campaign in the province and solid fleet of lorries and tractors with trailers – in cotton transportation. Reception points and ginneries were prepared for twenty-four-hour operation. They have well-equipped laboratories, where specialists of “Turkmenstandartlary” Main State Service check the quality of raw product.
Local branches of “Dayhanbank” will uninterruptedly realize opportune calculations with the raw cotton manufacturers.
Traditional “white caravan”, which was sent today to the “Nowruz” ginnery of etrap named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashi, marked the start of cotton harvesting campaign in Dashoguz province.
