Serial production of batteries for light and heavy vehicles was arranged by the specialists of Gokchy Business Association, which works on the base of Turkmenabat Chemical Plant of the State Concern Türkmenhimiya. 3 years ago, entrepreneurs of the country have started to implement the project of production of these import substitutive goods around three year ago and procured modern profile equipment from Japan and Turkey.

Batteries from Turkmenabat, which are distinguished with high quality and reliability, are sold in all regions of the country. the plant provides private facility with necessary material components. Gokchy, which has about 80 specialists, produces up to 350 vehicle batteries per day. At present time, businessmen from Germany and Afghanistan expressed the interest in production of the business entity.

Ussat Yardamchy, specialized in production of another import substitutive article – coagulant for purification and sterilization of drinking water, also operates on the base of chemical plant. Chemists of Turkmenabat plan not only to cover the requirements of Turkmenistan 9up to 10,000 tons per year) but also to start the export of this material as resource and technical capabilities of the plant allow making up to 15,000 tons of coagulant.
