Grain-growers of Balkan province first reported in the country about fulfillment of contractual obligations on production of raw cotton. They harvested and delivered over 5 thousand tons of “white gold” to the bins of Motherland.

Today, the President of Turkmenistan congratulated the grain-growers, machine operators, cotton pickers and all toilers of agriculture of Balkan province on their labor achievements, having sent a complimentary message on this occasion, where mentioned by name particularly distinguished peasants’ farms and best leaseholders.
