President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having ordered the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan to create “Altyn Asyr” Close-end Joint-stock Company, having changed the business entity of “Altyn Asyr” cellular communications enterprise of “Turkmentelekom” State Telecommunications Company in accordance with the established procedure.

Reformation is realized with a view to increase the efficiency of the enterprises of the national economy and creation of favorable conditions for market relations as well as expansion of the cellular communication system and improvement of its quality in accordance with modern requirements.
