Business center of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan will be constructed in Ashgabat. It will be a 12-storey building, containing 60 offices, conference hall and banquet room, and underground car park.
Business center is planned to be commissioned in October 2014. Multisectoral shopping center in Dashoguz is planned to put into exploitation on the same period. These two objects are united with one “author and executor” – “Chyzgy” economic unit, which developed the projects and will realize their construction.
New shopping center will be located on the territory of former old market, which area will increase from 10 to 50 hectares. The facility is designed in the form of “gol”, but apart from its aesthetic design, it differs by well thought-out functionality. There will be retail spaces equipped for sale of food products, handicraft articles, knitwear and small wares, as well as green market - block for gardeners and farmers. Total area of each block is 4 thousand square meters. In addition, the complex will have consumer services centre with various workshops and tailoring shop, hairdressing salon, pharmacy and small shops for production of confectionery. In outside of the shopping center, it will be built covered market for sale of agricultural animals, and the market for sale of cars and building materials. Total area of each of them is nearly 3 thousand square meters. For convenience of customers, it was envisaged two car parks, bank branch, restaurant and several cafes.
