The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries produced more than 76,000 tons of polypropylene in 2012. The major part of polypropylene is delivered to consumers via the International sea port in the city of Turkmenbashi. The complex increases the volumes of production of aviation kerosene. Last year almost 415,000 tons of aviation kerosene were produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

Within the period, the plant sold 2,900 tons of pure chemical sulfur. As compare to the year of 2011, the volume of exports of sulfur that is a minor product obtained after purification of oil products manufactured at the largest enterprise in the country increased as much as 32 percent and in terms of money – increased twice.

The petrochemical industry workers increased the volume of production of build and road oil asphalt as much as 30 percent. 155,000 tons of this product were manufactured at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries last year.
