The first meeting of the founders of “Altyn Asyr” Close-end joint-stock company was held at the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Development, Ministry of Finances, Supreme Supervisory Chamber, Central Bank, Main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan took part in it.

The agenda included the change of the legal-organizational form of “Altyn Asyr” cellular communications enterprise of the State Telecommunications Company “Turkmentelekom” and creation of “Altyn Asyr” Close-end joint-stock company. In the course of the meeting, it was also considered a series of issues connected with signing of constituent agreement, approval of charter and authorized capital of new enterprise as well as election of general director, board of directors and auditing committee.

During the meeting, it was also considered the issues connected with the increase of professionalism and responsibility of officials and employees of relevant departments, training of high-class specialists urged to provide further effective development of the communications sphere of the country.
